Steering wheel and dash looks like Chrysler, don't know what year or model, but definitely mid seventies. Here's my guesses:

1974-76 Chrysler Full-size like the Imperial, Town and Country, New Yorker, or Newport. The seats are too plushy to be anything from Plymouth.
